INITIAL CONSULTATION
Over an hour, we will uncover each layer of your current health, identify what may the root cause of whats going on for you and work on healing through nature. This can range from our more traditional western herbal medicine and through to biochemically formulated supplementation. We will work out an individualised treatment plan just for you so you feel empowered and in control of your journey. I will recommend a follow up consultation a few weeks after your initial to keep you on track.

CONSULTATION
Follow up consultations will give us 30-40 minutes to review your prescribed treatment plan, work out any changes and tweaks, inspire you to keep going and healing and improve the overall success of your treatment. In some cases, we will see each other for a few times as we get to the root cause of your health issues and you are thriving.
