Initial Performance Nutrition Consult (45 mins)
A comprehensive assessment of your training, current nutrition, recovery, and performance goals (in clinic or Telehealth)
3 x Telehealth Follow Ups
Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–3)

Phase 2: Performance Build (Weeks 4–7)

EMILY BUTTIFANT
SPORTS DIETITIAN
Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), who graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons).
She is a passionate and evidence based dietitian who empowers clients to take control of their health through realistic and individualised nutrition advice. She brings a fresh and compassionate approach to supporting individuals across a range of health concerns.
With a keen interest in sports nutrition, Emily has also currently completed further study with Sports Dietitian's Australia to become a registered sports dietitian. She supports athletes to optimise performance and recovery. She also has a strong interest in chronic disease management with experience in diabetes and oncology management to aid in improving overall health through a non weight based approach.

When she is not in the clinic you might find her at the gym, reading a good book or spending quality time with friends and family.
