At InTouch Health Co, we offer lymphatic drainage therapy provided by our experienced remedial massage therapist who has undergone additional training in the management of lymphatic conditions, including primary and secondary lymphedema.

Our lymphatic therapist works with individuals experiencing swelling, heaviness, or discomfort due to fluid retention or compromised lymphatic flow—whether as a result of surgery, cancer treatment, injury, or chronic conditions.

Lee Carnegie

Lee Carnegie is an experienced remedial massage therapist with a passion for holistic wellness. With a background rooted in the fitness industry since, she initially embarked on her journey as a personal trainer, pilates, and zen ki yoga instructor, specialising in pre and post-natal care, addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, and fascia rebuilding.

Lee later transitioned into health and wellness women’s coaching, focusing on pre and post-natal rehabilitation and aesthetics. Her futher studies in remedial massage therapy encompass a diverse range of interests, including lymphatic drainage for paranasal sinus issues, migraines, TMJ disorders, lymphedema, edema, and oncology support. Additionally, she offers cupping detox therapy and specialises in pregnancy pre and post-natal massage services.

studying Traditional Chinese Medicine with a focus on neurology at Western Sydney University, further enriching her understanding of holistic healing practices.
