CANCELLATION POLICY

AT INTOUCH, WE VALUE YOUR TIME, OUR TIME AND THE SERVICE THAT WE PROVIDE. 

See below for details of the cancellation policy we follow for all services offered at InTouch Health Co.

CANCELLATION POLICY

InTouch Health Co. is a busy clinic and we have a waitlist of people hoping for an appointment. We ask you to respect your practitioners time and our patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. However a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees.

CANCELLATION FEES

If you give 12-24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you give less than 12 hours notice, the full fee will be charged.

 

InTouch Health Co reserves the right to request a deposit for future appointments if you do not provide the required notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than three (3) times. Should you require rescheduling and provide more than 24hours notice, this deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. If the required notice is not provided this deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
