HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU
Our Private Midwife and IBCLC Lactation Consultant can support families with:

MIDWIFE
IBCLC LACTATION CONSULTANT

Erin is a private midwife, IBCLC lactation consultant, and mother of four, providing personalised, evidence-based midwifery care across pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
With extensive experience supporting women and families within the hospital system, Erin now offers comprehensive private midwifery and lactation services in both a professional clinic setting and in the home.
Her philosophy focuses on continuity of care, ensuring families receive consistent, trusted support throughout pregnancy, antenatal care, birth preparation, and postnatal recovery.
Erin’s approach combines clinical expertise with a warm, holistic women-centred approach. Drawing on both her professional background and lived experience as a mother, she understands the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and early parenthood. She is passionate about supporting families through this transformative time with compassionate, individualised, and evidence-based care that promotes confidence, informed choice, and positive birth and postpartum experiences.
As an Endorsed Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Erin provides a full scope of services including antenatal breastfeeding preparation, postpartum care, newborn support, and specialised breastfeeding support. Her care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family, whether preparing for birth, navigating the early weeks with a newborn, or seeking expert lactation guidance.
Erin is able to support you with any breastfeeding concerns including nipple damage, supply concerns, low weight gain, mastitis, tongue tie, oral dysfunction, pain and engorgement, breast refusal, relactation, weaning, and any other issues which may arise.
Erin is registered with Medicare, allowing eligible clients to access rebates for private midwifery services from early pregnancy through to 7 weeks postpartum. This helps make high-quality, personalised maternity care more accessible for families seeking a private midwife and lactation consultant.
WHAT IS AN IBCLC LACTATION CONSULTANT?
An IBCLC is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant — the highest recognised qualification in lactation care.
An IBCLC provides skilled, evidence-based assessment and support for infant feeding, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, milk supply concerns, and complex feeding issues. When combined with private midwifery care, this offers families a more holistic level of support through pregnancy, birth recovery, feeding, and the postpartum period.

• Breastfeeding feels painful or stressful
• Your baby is having trouble latching or staying on the breast
• You are worried about milk supply
• Your baby seems unsettled, gassy or feeds constantly

• You want reassurance that feeding is going well
