



DR ADAM NICHOLSON
PRINCIPAL OSTEOPATH
After years of playing sport and suffering numerous injuries, Adam developed an interest in anatomy and biomechanics and its interrelationship with healing and recovery. He found his yearn for learning by studying Osteopathy and graduating with his Masters of Osteopathy in 2008.
Adam has worked alongside some of Sydney's most well respected Osteopaths which has enabled him to gather a deeper understanding of classical osteopathy and its traditions. He recognises that no two bodies are the same, meaning that treatment is individualised and specific to each patient.
Adam has a passion for treating all types of conditions. He has a primary focus on children, pregnancy related issues and acute and chronic conditions. He utilises a variety of direct and softer techniques which accommodate to his wide and varied patient base.
In addition to his role as InTouch Director and Principal Osteopath, Adam is a presenter and tutor to osteopathic University students, lecturer to community and allied health groups and associates with local sports and dance groups. Outside his practice, Adam is a representative Oz-Tag player in the local area. He has a keen interest in the NRL, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Alicia, and his young children, Harper and Zave.
Adam is fully registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.
