WE KNOW NUTRIENTS CAN BE REALLY HELPFUL AND NECESSARY IN A LOT OF CASES. BUT WHAT ALSO NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED IS...

How a person's genetic situation affects the way they process, store, metabolise and potentially reject, certain nutrients.
That two people with the same condition who are given the same nutritional treatment, have varying results.
How specific preventative measures may help to reduce certain inherited medical conditions from developing.
WHAT IS PERSONALISED MEDICINE?
Each of us are unique and our wellness can be directly affected by our individual, inherent differences as well as diet, lifestyle choices and the environment we live in. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, personalised medicine allows our Naturopath, Charmaine Newmark, to tailor treatment protocols to achieve more positive outcomes. Charmaine is able to identify patients who are more likely to benefit from specific treatments, nutrient types or dosages in advance from those who are not.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Completing various pathology tests is simple, non-invasive and takes only a few minutes to complete. Call InTouch Health Co. to book your appointment and advise that you are interested in completing a Pathology Tests with our Naturopath, Charmaine Newmark. After an initial consultation, Charmaine will organise for testing kit to be sent to you.
In approximately 10 working days, our Naturopath will be notified that your test results are available. Charmaine will then spend time tailoring some recommendations based on the results. Your results and tailored treatment protocol will then be presented and discussed at your next follow-up consultation.

The cost of pathology tests will be in addition to the Naturopathy consultation fee.
WHAT TESTS ARE AVAILABLE?
We recognise the value testing can provide in highlighting the inter-relationships between genes, nutrition and lifestyle. We offer a range of profiles that focus on key areas of health management, including fertility, hormones, mood, detoxification and nutrient influence on gene expression (nutrigenomics). See below for examples of testing available at InTouch Health Co.
