Pregnancy Support
Nutrition during pregnancy supports the health and growth of both the mother and baby. Typical nutrition requirements increase during gestation and during breastfeeding, a dietitian can help with practical ideas to meet these needs whilst also considering symptom management.

A dietitian can also help to support gestational diabetes through nutrition education regarding carbohydrate intake and distribution throughout the day to effectively manage blood sugar levels.
