ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

INTOUCH HEALTH CO. WILL REMAIN OPEN DURING THE CURRENT LOCK DOWN, WE JUST HAVE A FEW CHANGES!
 
Our Osteopaths, Psychologists, Remedial Massage Therapists and Naturopath will continue to do their part to take the pressure off the health care system and provide the highest quality care for our patients.
 

PSYCHOLOGY

Our Psychologists, Christina D'Arcy, Anastasia Tuilagi & Tom Traae, will be offering Telehealth consultations (video & phone consults) during the current lock down. If you require a face to face consultation please call the clinic on 4648 3500.

NATUROPATHY

Our Naturopath, Charmaine Newmark, will be offering Telehealth consultations during the two week lock down. If you require a face to face consultation please call the clinic on 4648 3500.

OSTEOPATHY

Our Osteopaths will continue to provide treatment to their patients at the clinic. They will continue to use additional hygiene precautions before, after and during your treatment to ensure that all surfaces remain clean and sanitised between each patient.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Our Remedial Massage therapists will continue to provide remedial treatment to their patients at the clinic. They will continue to use additional hygiene precautions before, after and during your treatment to ensure that all surfaces remain clean and sanitised between each patient.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO!

 

For patients attending the clinic for treatment we have some new procedures that we need you to follow to ensure we keep you, and our practitioners as safe as possible, while following government recommendations. 

 
To reduce the amount of people in the clinic at any one time, we ask that if seating inside is full that you
wait outside the clinic
until the time of your appointment.

Please
sanitise your hands
on the way in and out of the clinic. Practitioners will open the treatment room doors for you.

Masks are mandatory, please let reception know if you do not have a mask. 

 
Where possible please
use tap and go
when making payment to avoid any unnecessary use of cash & cards. If you need to use a pen, reception will provide you with a clean pen and sanitise it after use.

If you or someone you know is showing any
flu like symptoms
(sore throat, cough, fever, loss of smell/taste) or have travelled to any hotspot locations recently please
do not attend the clinic.

COVID SCREENING FORM
All patients will be required to complete a Covid Screening Form prior to their appointment. You will receive the link to the form via SMS when you receive your appointment reminder.
 

 Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you have visited any hotspot locations listed by NSW Health within 14 days. Please visit the below link to see a list of any current hotspot locations. HOW DOES TELEHEALTH WORK AT INTOUCH?

 When you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link. At the time of your consultation, simply click the link and you will be connected to your practitioner. You can use a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or phone for your consultation. It really is that easy!
