ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

INTOUCH HEALTH CO. WILL REMAIN OPEN, WE JUST HAVE A FEW CHANGES!
Our Osteopaths, Psychologist, Remedial Massage Therapists, Lactation Consultant and Naturopath will continue to do their part to take the pressure off the health care system and provide the highest quality care for our patients.
PSYCHOLOGY
Our Psychologist, Christina D'Arcy, will continue to provide face to face consultations. She will also be offering Telehealth consultations (video & phone consults) to those who would prefer to stay at home.
NATUROPATHY
Our Naturopath, Charmaine Newmark, will be offering both face to face and Telehealth consultations.
OSTEOPATHY
Our Osteopaths will continue to provide treatment to their patients at the clinic. They will continue to use additional hygiene precautions before, after and during your treatment to ensure that all surfaces remain clean and sanitised between each patient.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Our Remedial Massage therapists will continue to provide treatment to their patients at the clinic. They will continue to use additional hygiene precautions before, after and during your treatment to ensure that all surfaces remain clean and sanitised between each patient.
LACTATION SERVICES
Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Natasha Lunn, will be offering her Lactation Services via Telehealth to ensure parents feel safe and secure with their new baby while still providing support for mum.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO!
For patients attending the clinic for treatment we have some new procedures that we need you to follow to ensure we keep you, and our practitioners as safe as possible, while following government recommendations.
To reduce the amount of people in the clinic at any one time, we ask that if seating inside is full that you
wait outside the clinic
until the time of your appointment.
Please
sanitise your hands
on the way in and out of the clinic. Practitioners will open the treatment room doors for you.
Masks are not mandatory but let reception know if you would like your practitioner to wear a mask.
Where possible please
use tap and go
when making payment to avoid any unnecessary use of cash & cards. If required to use a pen, please place it in the used pens container when finished.
If you or someone you know is showing any
flu like symptoms
(sore throat, cough, fever, loss of smell/taste) or have travelled to any hotspot locations recently please
do not attend the clinic.

COVID SCREENING FORM
All patients will be required to complete a Covid Screening Form prior to their appointment. You will receive the link to the form via SMS when you receive your appointment reminder.
Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you have visited any hotspot locations listed by NSW Health within 14 days. Please visit the below link to see a list of any current hotspot locations.
