WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO!
For patients attending the clinic for treatment we have some new procedures that we need you to follow to ensure we keep you, and our practitioners as safe as possible, while following government recommendations.
To reduce the amount of people in the clinic at any one time, we ask that if seating inside is full that you
wait outside the clinic
until the time of your appointment.
Please
sanitise your hands
on the way in and out of the clinic. Practitioners will open the treatment room doors for you.

Masks are not mandatory but let reception know if you would like your practitioner to wear a mask.

Where possible please
use tap and go
when making payment to avoid any unnecessary use of cash & cards. If required to use a pen, please place it in the used pens container when finished.
If you or someone you know is showing any
flu like symptoms
(sore throat, cough, fever, loss of smell/taste) or have travelled to any hotspot locations recently please
do not attend the clinic.

COVID SCREENING FORM
All patients will be required to complete a Covid Screening Form prior to their appointment. You will receive the link to the form via SMS when you receive your appointment reminder.
Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you have visited any hotspot locations listed by NSW Health within 14 days. Please visit the below link to see a list of any current hotspot locations.
