OSTEOPATHY
Our osteopaths are approved for a variety of rebates and services to help you access treatment at InTouch Health Co.

HEALTH FUND REBATES
All of our osteopaths at InTouch Health Co. are registered providers. On the spot health fund rebates are available through HICAPS. We will simply swipe your membership card and you will only ned to pay the gap. The rebate amount will vary depending on your cover. Check with your health fund provider to find out how much you will receive for each osteopathy treatment.

Please note: A private health fund rebate can not be claimed for a consultation that is receiving a Medicare rebate.

MEDICARE REBATES
Medicare rebates are available for Osteopathy with a valid GP referral under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program. This was formerly referred to as Enhanced Primary Care or EPC.
CDM enables GPs to plan and coordinate the health care of patients with chronic or terminal medical conditions, including patients with these conditions who require multidisciplinary health care. A chronic medical condition is one that has been (or is likely to be) present for six months or longer.

The full fee for the Osteopathy treatment is payable at the time of your consultation. The medicare will be processed on the same day and you should receive your rebate into you nominated bank account within 24-48hrs. The rebate amount for Osteopathy under the CDM program is $58.30.

WORKCOVER
Our Osteopaths are approved Allied Health Providers under the NSW Workcover Scheme.
DVA
At InTouch Health Co. we offer treatment for individuals covered by the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). We provide treatment with no gap for white card holders. There is no upfront cost to you, as we process the payment directly through ​DVA.

NDIS

We accept NDIS self managed and NDIS plan managed.

PSYCHOLOGY
Our Psychologists are approved for a variety of rebates and services to help you access treatment at InTouch Health Co.

HEALTH FUND REBATES
Our Psychologists, Anastasia Tuilagi, Elizabeth Simoes, Dedar Abdula, Nina Housbey and Ravina Mistry are all registered providers for a variety of private health funds. On the spot health fund rebates are available through HICAPS. We will simply swipe your membership card and you will only need to pay the gap. The rebate amount will vary depending on your cover. Check with your health fund provider to find out how much you will receive for each psychology treatment.

MEDICARE REBATES
Medicare rebates are available for Psychology with a valid GP referral under the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) program.
​
If you have a valid MHCP from your doctor you can claim a Medicare rebate for each 60 minute session. Up to 10 rebates can be claimed per calendar year.
You will need to pay the full consultation fee up front and the rebate will be processed directly to your bank account.

Don't have a MHCP? First, book an appointment with your doctor. Tell them you would like to talk about a Mental Health Care Plan so they can set aside enough time for your appointment.

Our Remedial Massage Therapists are approved for rebates and services to help you access treatment at InTouch Health Co.

Remedial Massage Therapists, Sheryl Lommerse and Jenny Scoufis are covered for all major health funds.

Remedial Massage Therapist, Gary Fairhurst is covered for all major health funds excluding Medibank Private.
