AMY MCFARLAND

CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST

Amy is a Holistic Nutritionist with a special interest in paediatric nutrition and women’s health, supporting individuals and families through a gentle, root-cause approach to wellbeing.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, alongside a deep appreciation for natural, holistic living. She views food as powerful medicine, while recognising that true wellbeing extends beyond nutrition alone — encompassing lifestyle, environment, stress, sleep and the rhythms of everyday life.

Amy has a particular passion for supporting children experiencing eczema, digestive concerns, immune challenges and behavioural presentations, helping families create calm, sustainable foundations that support long-term health and wellbeing.

She also works closely with women navigating hormonal imbalances, including PCOS, thyroid conditions, hormonal acne, digestive issues and stress-related imbalances, with a focus on restoring balance in a way that feels realistic, achievable and supportive.

Amy’s approach is practical and sustainable, avoiding extremes and focusing instead on simple, meaningful changes that can be integrated into daily life without overwhelm. She aims for every client to leave feeling calm, capable and supported in their next steps toward better health.
