



ANASTASIA TUILAGI
PSYCHOLOGIST
Anastasia is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology.
Anastasia has worked in a variety of settings including drug and alcohol, youth mental health, and disability. She has worked primarily within Not-For-Profit organisations including Lifestart, The Salvation Army- Youthlink, and Headspace before joining Private Practice and InTouch.
Anastasia has supported people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship conflict, alcohol and other substance addictions, conduct and anger related issues. She has also provided support for children and young people diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder (including Autism ) and their families.
Anastasia uses a client-centered, culturally and trauma informed approach. She enjoys working collaboratively with people of all ages, gender, religious, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. She strives to build an understanding of what has led an individual to their present experience in life and move towards creating more meaningful changes by incorporating a focus on individual strengths and resilience.
Anastasia utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
